Monopoly Wealth buyers agency’s Managing Director Jaye Kershler is a licensed Buyers Agent and Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA).
His personal journey in property started in 2015 when he took the plunge and purchased a 1980’s duplex, 2 years later he then purchased the other duplex which gave him the monopoly which is what helped his decision in naming the Sunshine Coast home buyers agency Monopoly Wealth.
Once he discovered the concept of compound growth and sensible leverage he knew bricks and mortar was the right investment tool for him.
Jaye lives and breathes residential property and property investment, and his aim is to help provide clients with comprehensive real estate investment advice to achieve their financial potential through property investment. He believes wealth creation is a week-by-week proposition and what counts is what you do with your money and time, and what financial decisions you make, rather than how much you earn.
Whether he is reviewing, strategising, attending property inspections, researching property or thinking about property, the topic is never far from his mind.
Apart from residential real estate he also enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, playing golf, taking the dogs to the beach, and watching AFL footy, in particular the Brisbane Lions.
He believes listening to what the client wants, combined with an ability to understand what they need, is paramount to achieving a successful outcome. He also deeply understands the requirements of today’s property investors / home buyers. This depth of knowledge and expertise allows him to act effectively as a property investment adviser for investors, and a buyer’s agent for home buyers, helping clients reach their goals and saving them money and time during the process.

Adams love for property goes beyond the surface. It’s a fascination with the stories that homes carry, the potential they hold, and the transformations they can undergo. He inherited his love of property from his father, who always told him that you need to start buying property as early as you can.
When he was young, he started his working life in the military and used that as a way to save hard and eventually purchased his first property – a block of land on the Sunshine Coast that he went on to build a home on. That was the trigger that saw him start expanding. He repeated the process and embarked on his own creative endeavours, from developing unit projects that redefine modern living to orchestrating home renovations that breathe new life into spaces.
This hands-on experience has given me a profound understanding of the art of finding potential, even in the most unexpected places. Beyond the surface aesthetics, Adam’s commitment to quality extends to every nook and cranny.
