Kim brings more than three decades of experience across business, finance, and property. Her personal property journey began at age 22 when she purchased her first block of land. What began as a personal milestone quickly developed into a genuine passion, leading to years of buying, renovating, and selling property while building a strong practical understanding of what makes a successful property purchase.

Raised in a business-focused family in Victoria, Kim was exposed early to asset ownership through family-owned farms and hotels. Her hands-on involvement in hotel management built a solid foundation in financial management, operational discipline, and working with people honestly and respectfully — values that continue to guide her work today.

Kim’s career has also included working in finance with P&O Ports in Western Australia, along with establishing and operating several successful businesses of her own. Being directly responsible for financial outcomes sharpened her focus on due diligence, risk management, and making well-informed decisions when significant financial commitments are involved.

Outside of her work in property, Kim enjoys staying active and competitive through sports including table tennis, basketball and an interest in football. She also has a strong creative side and enjoys music and painting, which provide balance alongside her professional pursuits. Kim values discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement—qualities she brings into both her personal life and her work with clients.

After relocating to the Sunshine Coast, Kim made a conscious decision to understand the region from the ground up. Through creating a local courier business, she spent time travelling extensively throughout the area, gaining first-hand knowledge of neighbourhoods, access routes, lifestyle pockets, and emerging growth areas.
